How much does content creation cost?
One-off shoots start at $600 and weekly 12-week blocks start at $450 per session (all prices ex GST). The price buys the value, not the hour - one reel that brings in members or sales can pay for the whole session.
Do I have to be on camera?
Only if you want to be - and if you do, we make it easy. Most of our clients hated the camera when we met them. Camera-comfortable is a process we run with you, not a personality you need. We film weekly, so it gets easier every single week.
How fast do I get my content?
First drafts land within 7-14 business days of the shoot, with up to two rounds of revisions included. Need it faster? Express editing gets first draft reels to you within 48 hours for $100 per reel.
How do I book my sessions?
Easy - once your block starts you get a booking link and pick your own session times, at least two weeks ahead. Most clients lock in a recurring day and never think about it again. New here? Book a call and we sort the rest.
Can you post the content for us too?
Yes - the Instagram posting add-on. We schedule and publish your approved reels and feed posts, write the captions, and handle hashtags and tags on an agreed weekly schedule. From $65 a week on top of an ongoing package.
Can you help with content ideas?
Absolutely - it's our favourite part. We develop ideas with you: we learn your business, bring a plan to every shoot, and get genuinely excited workshopping what would perform for your industry. You never have to show up wondering what to film.
Where do you work?
We're based on the Central Coast NSW and our package pricing covers Central Coast shoots. Outside the Coast, we'll quote travel case by case.
Who owns the content?
You do, for your business - use your final delivered content anywhere, for as long as you want, for your own marketing. We may feature work in our portfolio.
How many revisions are included?
Up to two rounds of revisions on delivered drafts are included with every package - trims, text changes, audio swaps and colour adjustments. Bigger changes in direction are quoted as new scope.
What happens if it rains or someone is sick?
If weather, illness or anything outside anyone's control gets in the way, we reschedule by mutual agreement. A team also means a sick day on our side rarely touches your shoot day.
Can I skip a week on the weekly block?
Yes - every 12-week block includes up to two skip weeks with notice. Shoots are booked at least two weeks ahead so scheduling stays smooth.
Can you shoot on weekends or after hours?
Yes, with out-of-hours rates on top of your session: Saturday +$200, Sunday +$300, public holidays +$400, and weekday filming before 8am or after 4pm +$50 per hour (all ex GST). Standard booking hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
What's your cancellation policy?
Reschedule more than 72 hours before a shoot and there is no penalty (subject to availability). Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. Weather, illness or anything outside anyone's control - we reschedule by mutual agreement.
How does payment work?
One-off shoots: a 50% deposit secures the booking, the balance is invoiced when first drafts land, and final files are released once paid in full. 12-week blocks: paid weekly one week in advance, or upfront (or 50/50 at week six) if agreed in writing.
Are photos included in a content shoot?
Content shoots capture general candid photos where time allows - staff at work, products in place, behind the scenes. Professional headshots, studio product photography and anything needing dedicated lighting or retouching are a separate photography session, quoted per job.
Do we get the raw footage?
Raw footage isn't included in any package. It can be supplied on request at an additional cost, subject to availability and any third-party licensing.
How long do you keep our files?
Final delivered content is archived for six months after delivery. After that, availability isn't guaranteed, so keep your own copies - retrieval where possible may carry a fee.
How do I get started?
Book a call or DM us on Instagram - a quick, no-pressure chat about what you do, whether weekly content is right for you, and the first ideas we already have for your business. If it's a fit, we lock in your shoot day and handle the rest.
